Kate Bee Foundation is an operating foundation. In other words, the Foundation invests funds and uses part of its income to run programmes and services geared towards a gender sensitive eradication of poverty in Rivers State, and indeed in the Niger Delta. Specifically, the Foundation seeks to attain the following objectives:
Facilitate fresh graduates of tertiary institutions to create and manage medium enterprises
Facilitate micro level women enterprises to move to the medium level
Contribute to gender mainstreaming in policy and programmes
